When you can't be there
Tianna Woods Interiors is comprised of an Interior Designer, Award winning Certified Professional Stager, Project Manager, Contractors, Subcontractors and Specialty Trades. We work together as a group, drawing on all of our individual expertise to design inspiring, functional spaces- from inspiration to installation, and design through construction.
The majority of our clients are "snowbirds" to the desert meaning this is a vacation home and when they are visiting the Coachella Valley they typically wish to enjoy their stay and not be supervising construction. Secondary to that, our clients live out of the area and have just purchased a home they plan on relocating to or for investment purposes.
So which ever your situation my be, our project management services are perfect for when homeowners can't be onsite or simply choose not be on-site during the construction phase. This is perfect for renovation projects with a long lead time, full or partial remodels and an absentee homeowner who desires daily on-site project supervision and construction scheduling. Project management services can include design oversight of your entire project from the conception stage to final furnishings.
