The Process Goes Like This...
Step #1. Select and Purchase your Curated Room Package.
You'll receive your digital design board with all furniture and décor pieces to complete your room. You'll also receive simple placement suggestions to help you execute your space planning.
Step #2. Schedule your 30-minute Phone Consultation. Information will be provided within your digital download packet. Appointments can usually be scheduled within 24-48hrs during normal business days EST, excluding weekends and major holidays.
Step #3. 30-minute Phone Consult. Please be prepared with questions and notes to make efficient use of our time together.

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your selected design board, you may have the opportunity to select another curated design within 3 days of purchase. It must be of the same room type, ie., you purchased a bedroom, you must reselect another bedroom design. You may receive a "no-charge" reselection if an item is permenately out of stock. No-charge reselection/s must be utilized within 15 days of purchase. Only one phone consultation valid per purchase.
