We can work closely with Home owners, Realtors, Investors and Contractors in executing various phases of the design and construction process. From design conception to demo, the execution of an existing design plan or the supervision of contractors/sub-contractors and deliveries, there are many ways we can assist in managing a project. Whether this is your first remodel or you've lost count by now, the design creation and the design execution are two completely different phases and things can become overwhelming in a short amount of time if you're not prepared or simply spread too thin.
Services are charged either hourly or flat rate according to project size, location, specific duties and outlined scope-of-work.

- Absentee Home Owner who requires project supervision.
- Assist in identifying valuable repairs and improvements, in consultation with Realtor and homeowner to maximize the sale of a property.
- Provide guidance on interior design and create material selections.
- Creation of scope of work, detail schedules and organizing deliveries.
- Assist with gathering contracting bids, inspect work progress and payment timelines.
- Compile install packets for subs.
- Visit jobsite regularly, take progress photos and provide updates.
- Schedule and provide access to trade services.
- Receive onsite deliveries of materials and furnishings.
- Oversite of furniture assembly and placement.
