With the 3D Property Potential service, you'll send in the required measurements and pictures and select the style- transitional, modern, contemporary, etc. and provide any general ideas as to what your vision is for the space/property and demographic of the buyers through the questionnaire packet provided, and then I do the rest.
How Can We Get Started?
Select and purchase your service. Once your payment is received- usually within 3-5 business days, and I have received your completed project documents, We can schedule and begin the design process.
General timelines; single rooms 7-10 business days, larger and multi-purpose rooms 10-12 business days. Exact timeline will be provided when a start date can be scheduled.
CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & REFUND POLICY
All project start dates are scheduled in the order that payment and materials required are received, sometimes scheduling can be weeks in advance. If you must cancel a project there is a 25% cancellation fee. All cancellations made within 2 days prior to or less than to project start date will incur a 40% cancelation fee. If you need to reschedule a project start date, the project will be rescheduled to the next available starting date.
